Spring Immersion: Embrace, Empower & Expand

Embrace yourself as you are and see your current state as the starting point for growth. Empower yourself through intentional actions and reflection, shaping the way your year will unfold. Expand the vision of who you are and who you are capable of becoming.
Spring is a season of awakening, growth and new beginnings. This retreat offers a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in this transformative process, aligning your inner desires with purposeful action. Through a combination of vinyasa, yin and kundalini yoga, meditation, sound healing and breathwork, you will shake off the remnants of winter and awaken both your body and mind, ready to embrace the vitality and abundance of the months ahead.

Meet my co-host
Rebecca Malherbe (@cyber.dolfin), my fellow yoga teacher, is an expert in kundalini yoga, a skilled breathwork facilitator and an amazing gong player.
Rebecca’s journey of self-discovery began at the age of 17 when she started practicing yoga through her mother’s yoga practice. Through yoga, she found increased awareness in her body, emotions and spirituality, which led her to become a teacher. Her focus is to bring people back to themselves, to reconnect with their bodies and emotions, as she often says in her practice “get out of your head and into your body, be here now — this is where the true transformation occurs”.
Reviews from the previous retreat
“Not only a place where you can practice yoga at a high level but also a place where you can absorb the yogi culture and philosophy. Great atmosphere, delicious food and stunning location. Can’t wait to be a part of it again!”

“From 26.05.-29.05.23 I have been at the Retreat in Stolzenhagen-Lunow. That’s about 1.5–2 hours from Berlin. The place was amazing, great food, lovely accommodation and beautiful nature! Perfect to recharge the battery and just get out of daily life. Also Rebecca and Leda did a great job. They put a lot of effort and creativity in the timetable and each yoga class! I enjoyed everything and I can totally recommend the retreat with both of them. Looking forward to do it again!”

“I felt as if I immersed myself in a parallel universe with an abundance of peace, genuine connection and tasty food and all of that in the beautiful nature of Brandenburg. Having been to several yoga retreats all over the world before, the Spring Immersion Retreat was the one that helped me by far the best to (re)connect with myself. Thank you, Leda and Becky for creating an environment where everybody felt safe, welcome and connected and for all the love and thought you’ve put into creating these thoughtful practices which were all connected to each other and the topic ‘Release, Renew & Rise’. I can’t wait for the next retreat with you!”
