    DreamLab Yoga Flow

    ✨DreamLab Yoga✨ is a creative playground as well as an invitation to embark on a journey of discovery of your own divine potential. In this mindful vinyasa-style class, you will cultivate awareness of your body and your breath. Every class explores a theme or a story coming from the yogic tradition and is set to a carefully selected soundtrack with music ranging from Hindu chants, down-tempo to melodic techno.

    Yoga at Spreefeld - OPEN AIR

    This vinyasa flow class is open for all levels. We will practice under the blue sky, right next to the Spree. Every class explores a theme or a story coming from the yogic tradition. Stories about gods, goddesses, buddhas, bodhisattvas, yogis and yoginis transport us into the sacred space of mythic consciousness where we get to delve into and experience some aspect of ourselves. The whole class is set to a carefully selected soundtrack with uplifting and soulful music ranging from Hindu chants, down-tempo to melodic techno.

    Directions

    We will practice on the lovely boat terrace - a wooden platform surrounded by trees, overlooking the Spree. We will meet 10 minutes before the classs starts at the end of Wilhelmine-Gemberg-Weg.

    Corporate Yoga

    Corporate yoga classes are a great way to keep your employees happy and healthy.

    Designed to meet your employees at their level of fitness, the classes can vary from being very slow and gentle to more dynamic classes. Their main focus is stress relief as well as muscle toning, stretching and strengthening. Classes can be held at your workplace and/or can be streamed online. Usual duration of the class is 60 minutes.

    Private yoga classes are personalized to fit your needs and goals. You will practice at your own pace and will have the practice adjusted to your body type and level. These classes are the perfect option for you if you want to work on specific issues, improve your practice or master certain poses. Private yoga is practiced one-on-one but can also be booked for two or more people.
