4 days · Polish Mountains · All-inclusive from Berlin
Step outside your routine and into a space where fresh forest air, spring-fed taps, and the quiet beauty of the Jizera Mountains hold the invitation to go deeper.
No matter if you are at the beginning of your yoga journey or have already been practicing for years, this 4-day retreat is for anyone wishing to deepen their connection to yoga - physically, energetically, and philosophically. Designed to support your growth, expand your understanding, and offer practical tools to integrate into your personal journey, this immersion invites you to step into the heart of yoga.
Why This Retreat?

A haven for artists and spiritual seekers, Dolina Harmonii (Valley of Harmony) sits in the mountains near the village of Kopaniec, SW Poland. Vast forests, wild meadows, and pure spring water (yes, straight from the taps!) surround this secluded sanctuary. Civilization is just a faint line on the horizon - exactly what you need for full immersion.

You’ll stay in a warm, rustic country house nestled in the mountains. Shared rooms (3–4 beds) create a sense of community, with double-room upgrades available if you prefer more privacy. Wi-Fi is there when you need it, and the sauna is waiting for you during your free time.
This retreat blends movement, philosophy, meditation, and space for rest.
