On Sunday the 15th of January at 18:00, we invite you to join us for a 90-minute-long winter-special Yin Yoga & Piano event at Spreefeld, Kreuzberg.
Leda will guide you through a lovely slow yin yoga practice to the sounds of Lou's live piano music. Soft and inspiring music from composers such as Ludovico Einaudi, Yann Tiersen, Olafur Arnalds & Coldplay, to name a few, will carry you through the practice, creating a safe space for you to relax and dive deep into your own being. With this gentle yin practice, we will rest in the sacred winterland and plant seeds for the year that has just begun.

Lou is a French architect with a curiosity for all art forms that allow for the free expression of her emotions. Among other passions, she fell in love with the piano at the age of 9. After a few years dedicated mostly to her job, she decided to give her passion a more significant place in her life. Already in 2019, she took people on a musical journey when she played at the first Yoga & Piano class. Now she is very happy to do it again - she sees this class as a great opportunity to share a bit of the joy she gets while playing.
