Spring Immersion: Release, Renew & Rise

Release the heaviness of winter, old thought patterns and negative behavior. Renew your thoughts, goals and perspective of how the year shall unfold for you. Rise up to the challenge, for yourself and to your truest self.

Spring is a time for new beginnings, transformation and growth. This retreat creates time and space for you to fully immerse yourself in this process of renewal, so you can bring your truest desires to the foreground and take action in bringing them to life. Through a fusion of vinyasa and kundalini yoga, meditation, sound healing and breathwork, you will awaken your body and mind from the winter sleep and prepare yourself for the joy and abundance of summer.

Meet my co-host

Rebecca Malherbe (https://www.instagram.com/cyber.dolfin/), my fellow yoga teacher, is an expert in kundalini yoga, a skilled breathwork facilitator and an amazing gong player.

Rebecca's journey of self-discovery began at the age of 17 when she started practicing yoga through her mother's yoga classes. Through yoga, she found increased awareness in her body, emotions and spirituality, which led her to become a teacher. Her focus is to bring people back to themselves, to reconnect with their bodies and emotions, as she always says in her classes "get out of your head and into your body, be here now - this is where the true transformation occurs".
